From inner alignment to educational influence.
NeuroLearningPower® is a three-level pathway that develops progressively. It starts with you: with the way you understand the brain, the nervous system, learning, relationships, and your own presence within your educational role.
You then develop the ability to support the growth of the people around you — students, colleagues, and teams.
And as you progress, you expand the way you communicate, guide, and lead, whether you are in the classroom or responsible for a team, an educational organization, or your own educational business.
You don’t need a specific title to lead.
Leadership begins with the way you think, connect, decide, and influence.

This is where you build the foundation.
Understand the “why” behind behavior more deeply and respond with greater awareness to students, colleagues, and teams.
Regulate your own presence more consciously, particularly when you need to make decisions, manage pressure, or keep a team connected.
Translate knowledge into everyday practice — in the classroom, in relationships, meetings, communication with parents and colleagues, and the operation of your educational organization.
WHAT YOU DEVELOP AT LEVEL 1
You develop self-regulation skills — observing your level of activation, focus, and energy, and learning to manage them so you can lead with greater stability and less exhaustion.
You build relationships of trust and psychological safety with students and colleagues, recognizing signals that are not always expressed through words and using co-regulation as part of the relationship.
You explore key mechanisms of learning — neuroplasticity, attention, memory, and the impact of stress — and understand how they influence your everyday practice.
You design learning experiences that take the latest evidence into account, using multisensory and differentiated approaches — without becoming confined to a single model.
You use language with greater awareness — metaphors, reframing, and questions — with clear intention and an outcome-oriented approach, helping facilitate understanding, choice, and learning.
You support your students in becoming more confident in themselves, taking ownership of their progress, learning from their mistakes, and developing a growth mindset through evidence-informed Developmental Feedback.
You bring knowledge directly into your educational practice — with tools for greater attention, engagement, more effective feedback, and goal setting.
You move from application to empowering people and teams.
You conduct structured, intentional developmental conversations without rushing to give advice or solve the problem yourself.
You support students, educators, and teams in recognizing patterns, expanding their options, and designing their own next steps.
You bring the Neurocoaching mindset into leadership, mentoring, staff meetings, colleague development, and the culture of your educational organization or business.
WHAT YOU DEVELOP AT LEVEL 2
You learn to look beyond what is immediately visible: how the brain processes experience, what supports or hinders learning, and how this knowledge can transform small but meaningful choices in your educational practice.
You move from delivering knowledge to creating the conditions for self-directed learning.
You learn to support learners — children or adults, in the classroom or in one-to-one sessions — to think, observe how they learn, reflect, and make better choices.
You draw on principles of coaching psychology and selected NLP Coaching techniques to explore goals, beliefs, and language patterns, and to expand the choices available to the learner.
You use the Educational Neurocoach’s structured toolkit to help students identify obstacles, recognize available resources, and move toward meaningful, specific goals.
You learn to recognize when a student is genuinely available for learning — and when emotion, activation, or pressure temporarily close that door. You support the regulation needed for attention to return, thinking to become clearer, and learning to take place.
You naturally integrate Educational Neurocoaching into teaching and team leadership through conversations that strengthen awareness, self-regulation, thinking, and ownership.
You don’t simply provide direction. You create the conditions for students and colleagues to think more clearly, reflect, and identify their own next steps.
Your professional identity takes on a new dimension.
As an Educational Neurocoach, you can support people’s development through leadership and team development or through one-to-one sessions with clear goals, intention, and respect for each person’s pace.
You turn knowledge into professional skill through experiential practice, microteaching, and targeted feedback.
You try, observe, reflect, and try again — until theory becomes a steady, confident, and conscious practice.
Leadership and NLP Excellence
At the third level, you deepen your understanding of language, perception, and thought patterns that influence learning, communication, and change.
You further expand your skills in educational leadership.
You focus on developing people and teams and leading educational organizations.
You don’t need to see the entire journey right now.
Each level prepares you for the next — and each next step opens when you’re ready to take it.
NeuroLearningPower® works in small cohorts because meaningful learning requires more than content. It needs space to speak, experiment, question, receive feedback, and return with a different perspective.
Within the Circle of Twelve, different realities of education come together: the classroom, professional development, mentoring, administration, team leadership, and educational entrepreneurship.
This means you don’t learn only from the program. You also learn from women who are navigating different versions of the same essential questions:
How do I develop people?
How do I create culture?
How do I make better decisions?
How do I lead without having to carry everything on my own?
“Until now, whenever I couldn’t control a situation, I felt anxious and powerless. The program helped me understand that true power doesn’t come from controlling my environment, but from managing my internal state. That shift made me feel freer.”
Graduate, July 2026
“The program didn’t promise me a life without difficulties. It gave me greater awareness, practical tools, and the belief that I can choose my response. For me, that is the essence of self-leadership.”
Graduate, July 2026
“The training with Effie Kyrikakis has been a valuable experience and an opportunity to connect with a world that, until now, felt unknown and inaccessible. I am now learning that I can continue learning freely and effortlessly. And, through that, I can thrive.”
Graduate, July 2026
“Every day, I feel that I can take action, shape my life, and choose what I want rather than depend on circumstances. This also changes the way I show up for my students.”
