FULL SCHOLARSHIP · 4 WEEKS · STARTS SEPTEMBER 8

Before you take your school to the next level, you need to find solid ground within yourself.

EmpowerED Beginnings is your first experiential introduction to the NeuroLearningPower® methodology — with a full scholarship from MetaMathesi

Starts: September 8, 2026 · Registration deadline: August 25 · Limited places

WHY IS IT SCHOLARSHIP-BASED?

Your place is fully covered by MetaMathesis and our partners.

EmpowerED Beginnings is not scholarship-based because it has less value. It is scholarship-based because we want every woman in a leadership role in education to have the opportunity to experience the methodology in practice before deciding whether she wants to take the next step.

The scholarship from MetaMathesis covers the full cost of the program. All that is required from you is to register and show up.

The only commitment is to give yourself four weeks of meaningful presence.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Four weeks. Not just theory. Experience and application.

This is not a webinar or a “trial.” It is the meaningful beginning of the pathway. You may decide you want to continue.

week 1

Why You Feel Exhausted

You explore what happens in the body and brain when stress becomes chronic. You begin to see exhaustion not as a personal weakness, but as a pattern that can be recognized, regulated, and changed.

week 2

Your First Tools

You learn simple self-regulation practices grounded in principles of psychology and neuroscience — so you can begin to notice a difference in your everyday life.

week 3

The Women’s Circle

You listen. You share. You feel seen. Safe connection with others can support co-regulation and ease the weight of isolation that often accompanies leadership.

week 4

What Comes Next

You gain greater clarity about your next step — personally and professionally. And you decide whether you want to continue. No pressure. With knowledge.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

EmpowerED Beginnings was created for women who carry many roles in life and education.

You’re a woman in a position of responsibility in education — a school director, school owner, Director of Studies, department lead, or educator responsible for others.

You’re experiencing a kind of exhaustion that doesn’t simply disappear after a few days of rest — because your nervous system has been in prolonged activation, without enough time for recovery.

You want something scientifically grounded and practical — not another generic piece of advice, but self-regulation tools that make sense in your real everyday life.

If you recognized yourself in even one of these statements, this program has been designed with respect for the ways stress, attention, regulation, and social connection influence your life, your classroom, and your school.

This is not another theoretical wellbeing seminar.

It is a circle of reconnection with your energy, your voice, and your educational presence.

Many women in education don’t suddenly collapse. They slowly become depleted.

A little less sleep. A little more tension. A little less patience that runs out before the day is over. A little more guilt.

And because educators — and women in particular — have learned to take on caregiving roles and keep going, they often call “responsibility” what is actually chronic overload.

Your wellbeing is not a luxury. It is the foundation from which you connect, lead, and create a learning environment.

EXPERIENCES

What those who experienced it have to say

“ I realized that my mood when I teach affects my students. From now on, I try to be more open — so that they, too, can be more open with me and with my teaching.”

“This program truly came as a gift while I was going through a difficult personal and family situation. What I took away and continue to use as tools — the ‘light’ and positive energy after the breathing exercises — help me every day, both personally and with students of all ages.”

Ελένη Κ.

Eleni K.

“EmpowerED Beginnings reminded me that there are always choices. And that the power lies within me. Sharing our common concerns with my colleagues was powerful in itself. A heartfelt thank you — until we meet again!”

NEXT STEP

Your Journey Has Just Begun

Having completed the four-week program, you have now built the foundations. The next step is to apply what you’ve learned to your everyday life and see real change unfold.

After completing EmpowerED Beginnings, participants who wish to continue can progress to NeuroLearningPower® Level 1. There, the four-week experience becomes deeper, more structured, and more professional. You develop a personal wellbeing toolkit, self-regulation skills, and neuroscience- and NLP-based tools — while building the foundation for international certification.

EmpowerED Beginnings lights the spark. Level 1 shows you how to keep it alive.
