You’ll join other women who love what they do, have ambitions for their work, and are looking for a different way to develop — without leaving themselves out of the equation.

30+ years in education. One methodology born from real-world practice.

Effie Kyrikakis, MSc in Applied Psychology, mentor to women in leadership and education, created NeuroLearningPower® at the intersection of education, psychology, neuroscience, coaching, and NLP — with educator wellbeing at its core.

She is a Master NLP Trainer, with a long-standing collaboration with John Grinder, co-creator of NLP; an academic collaborator with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens on educator wellbeing; and has trained with Harvard Project Zero – Deeper Learning.

For more than 30 years, she has worked with educators, leaders, and organizations, presenting her work in 11 countries.

Her personal experience of burnout once became the starting point for a much bigger question:

How can someone working in education continue to grow, contribute, and lead — without losing themselves along the way?

NeuroLearningPower® is the answer that continued to evolve through years of study, application, training, and work with real people in real educational environments.
