THE BEGINNING
At 27, she burned out. It became the greatest turning point of her life.
Two young children. A newly opened language school. No preparation for what was about to come.
Burnout didn't come with a warning. It hit like a wall.
What could have been the end became the beginning.
From that moment on, a spiral of growth began — a journey that continues to this day.
She pursued a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology, became an NLP Trainer certified directly under John Grinder — one of the few people worldwide with this distinction — and immersed herself in Executive Coaching, Neuroscience, and the science of wellbeing.
Yet one question never left her mind:
“Why was there no program designed exclusively for women educators?”
The answer was NeuroLearningPower®.

THE METHOD
NeuroLearningPower® was not born in a classroom.
It was born out of necessity.
For 30 years, Effie saw the same story unfold again and again: women educators who loved what they did, who carried a deep sense of purpose, slowly losing their spark under the weight of a system that demanded so much and gave so little in return.
The love for the profession was never missing.
What was missing was the methodology.
NeuroLearningPower® was built upon three foundational principles:

Today, Effie Kyrikakis serves as a Scientific Associate of the University of Athens, a keynote speaker at leading educational conferences across Greece and Europe, an academic author, and a researcher specializing in holistic school wellbeing.
She is the co-founder of EmpowerED — a national movement that has already impacted 2,000+ educators and educational leaders across Greece, with a vision to make wellbeing an integral part of every school community.
She is the creator of NLPowerKids — the first award-winning mental fitness and wellbeing program designed specifically for ESL learners.
And she is also the mother of two married sons — a woman who describes her life today as one of abundance, connection, and gratitude.
